We agree to accept responsibility for your 100% complete satisfaction with the materials and work provided, Contract may be terminated by the customer upon dissatisfaction with our service. See customer right to cancel.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
When the customer authorizes payment by “Automatic Checking Acct Debit” or “Automatic Credit Card Debit”, the customer authorizes the company to charge a monthly installment from the customer’s account beginning once the application is approved. The automatic monthly payment will continue until a written notice of termination is received by the company (see customer right to cancel). Charge amounts will not be changed without written approval of the customer, in the event of price increase on Preventative Maintenance, Penguin Air will contact customer for written approval.
CUSTOMER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may cancel this agreement at any time. Customer may cancel their Preventative Maintenance Agreement at anytime. In the event of cancellation by Customer, Customer must call 1-800-677-0028 ask to speak to customer service and request a Preventative Maintenance cancellation, there will be a simple email procedure followed to confirm customer cancellation of the PMA contract. Customer shall receive a prorated refund of the payments made by Customer for the current term of the Agreement, this only applies to customers whom have paid in advance.
INCLUDED EQUIPMENT
Only the equipment listed in the contract is to be serviced by Penguin Air, additional equipment or accessories unless listed in our Preventative Maitenance Agreement will and should be charged separetely, should you wish to include them into your PMA consult with a Penguin Air customer service representative.
SCHEDULING
Customer must call 1-800-677-0028 and schedule their next available appointment to perform their next preventative maintenance. Penguin Air is open 7 Days for emergency calls, closed 5 days a year on Major Holidays, For our customer convenience Prevenative Maintenance can be scheduled upon availability weekdays and evenings after work or Saturday mornings.
